Well its been more than a few months since I last posted, and a lot has happened in that time, most notably my wedding in August. It was a great weekend in Estes Park, Colorado. A big thanks to all who celebrated with us.

We then went on our honeymoon to Alaska. It was a week filled with fishing, hiking, sea kayaking, and relaxing in the beautiful surroundings of the 49th state. I finally got some photos up-loaded. Click here to see the full album.

Amy and I went down to Flamingo Beach Resort to witness the marriage of Jon and Donielle. What a spectacular setting for an awesome wedding. Congrats to the newlyweds!

Amy and I headed down to sunny and warm (a bit breezy too) Orlando, FL for the Memorial Day weekend to spend some quality time with her family doing everything from golfing, to canoeing, horseshoeing, boating, eating, drinking, and not least of all, sharing some good laughs the whole time. Mt. Auburn

Spring has finally sprung and it was a beautiful day, so I rode out to Mt. Auburn Cemetery. I visited it last year, but never got the chance to walk around, so today was the perfect chance. Unfortunately the sun was setting, so I had to cut the walk short, but I'll get back out there soon.

don't worry, ye faithful readers of foutsfacts (all one, maybe two, of you), I have not forgotten about you, so here I am, back in blog writting action.
but, as it turns out, there's not much to report. i've just been chillin in chilly Boston.
did make it up to Sunday River last weekend for a grand ol' time at the Maine House. I'll get pics up soon.
Headin' out to CO for a ski vaca next week. can't wait!!!
besides that, its been work, work, and more work the past few months.

I've uploaded pictures from Nick and Kathy's wedding in Washington. It was a beautiful weekend filled with hiking and kickball and dancing and of course the wedding ceremony. Congrats to the new Mr. and Mrs. Nick Goodman!

in keeping up with my new schedule of posting once a month, here's this month's installment.
First off, congrats to Craig and Joslyn on their recent wedding! and pre-congrats to Nick and Kathy and Rob and Regan on their upcoming nuptials.
Second, I was forwarded a great time wasting email; all of the bud light real men of genius radio adds. easily the funniest ads of the last few years. Can't figure out which one is my favorite, because they are all so darn good, and true.
One last note, sooooooooo glad football season is here!!!

The dog days of summer are in full swing. Nothin' like a little heat and humidity to make it feel like summer!

With near record-setting rains in Boston its hard not to think longingly for warmer weather. Good 'ol New England spring!
We have had nice days this spring though, as evidenced by the sailing pics and Patriot's day pics in the gallery.

I've posted some pics from a couple recent excursions up north. first to the mountains of Maine, Bryant Pond/Sunday River to be exact, and second to the White Mountains of New Hampshire where a bunch of us hiked up to Zealand Falls Hut.
I thought with the warm temps of the past weekend (got out and hit golf balls for the first time all season, yeah!) spring was here to stay, but alas it snowed today. gotta love spring time in New England!

Ironing! that's right, the next great "extreme" sport is ironing. i wouldn't have believed it unless i had seen it right before my own eyes in the calendar section of B&N tonight. Right there under the Harley Davidson calendar and right above the Scenic New England calendar sat the Extreme Ironing 2006 16 month calendar. Its so wicked awesome they give you 4 bonus months with extreme ironing photos. I'm still kicking myself for not buying it there on the spot. Actually, I'm waiting for the extreme underwater basket weaving and knitting calendar to hit the shelves. I shouldn't kid, its probably out there...
On a related note, I was walking through the mall tonight and festive Christmas music could be heard eminating from numerous stores. WTF??? its not even thanksgiving yet! One holiday at a time here people!!!
