Play Ball

The Major League Baseball season has begun (as of last night). And I was fortunate enough to witness it first hand at Yankee Stadium. My roommate, Will had an extra ticket, since his sister didn't go, and lucky for me, he asked if I wanted to go. So we drove down yesterday afternoon and got there just in time for the 8pm start. It was my first time in Yankee stadium. Its a big stadium, especially compared to Fenway. Our seats were directly behind home plate, up on the 3rd level, about 7 rows from the top of the stadium, but we had a good view of the whole field, so the seats were pretty decent actually. The only downside of the whole night was that the Red Sox lost. But it's only game 1 of a 162 game season, so there's plenty of time for redemption.
